Whom are we looking for?
A Key Account Manager acts as a bridge between NST by understanding their unique needs, anticipating challenges, and providing personalized solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Upselling to existing customers.
  • Handling the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure and account management.
  • Ensuring delivery excellence by adhering to agreed SLAs and TAT
  • Increasing the user retention rate and the loan disbursement volume
  • Developing relationships and collaborating with our banking partners to define, recommend, and drive sales.
  • Developing appropriate sales programs and solutions; maintaining up-to-date competitive information and compiling regional success stories.
  • Creating a network of relationships with key decision-makers and CXOs of our clients to generate new business.
  • Collaborating with various internal stakeholders like the Business Development team, Pre-Sales team, and CxO’s.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience
  • Must be from Banking, specializing in the Lending Industry
